4. Finally plug the monitor’s power cable into the

AC OUTPUT outlet on the back panel of the

Apex or into an electrical outlet.

If you are using anything other than the color/

graphics adapter, you need to check the DIP switch

settings (defined in Appendix A) to be sure they are

set correctly for the type of video card you have.

(Although these switches are set by the manufacturer,

it’s a good idea to become familiar with them so you

can check the settings when it’s appropriate.)
